End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Four Rays AB, for the use of Combolab. Please read it carefully before using the application.

2. License

Four Rays AB grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party.

4. Modifications

Four Rays AB reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

5. Term and Termination

This EULA will remain in effect until terminated by you or Four Rays AB. Four Rays AB may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the app are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. The courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
